Approval of 22-Team Format by NBA Owners for Next Season in Florida

It will start after mid-July at Florida’s famous Disney Campus that is close to Orlando. According to reports from the ESPN, there was a vote of the majority, and the 22-team format won by 29-1. Everyone except the Portland Trail Blazers agreed to the idea of 22-team for the upcoming season. According to a source, the new format of the game calls for eight games by every team to determine the ultimate play-off. There could also be another play-in-tournament to determine the final spot in both the Western and Eastern Conference postseason fields.
The decision of resuming games is the first step towards the initiative to resume the season after a pause of almost three months. Apart from the format, there are several other details for the continuation of the league. These include finalizing all the specifications for testing the teams. The players will arrive next month and lodge at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. There are also financial ramifications required in games of the regular shortened season. NBA 2020 season is all set to begin

He added that every player is important and any kind of discrimination is prohibited under the NBA rules and regulations.
