1999 NBA Look-out Season

  • Due to the lock-out season in 1999, the All-Star Weekend was canceled and the rookies missed their chance to play.
  • 1999 was the only year since 1951 without an NBA All-Star Event taking place due to the look-out.
  • The 1999 Rookie class got the chance to play in the 2000 NBA All-Star Event in a new format.
